COMMON QUESTIONS BEFORE VISITING

Do I need previous martial arts experience?

No experience is needed. Our GB1 (All Levels) and Kids programs are tailored for complete beginners. Our instructors guide you step-by-step.

What should I wear to my first trial class?

Comfortable athletic wear like a t-shirt and shorts/rashguard. If you decide to join, we will guide you on getting your official Gracie Barra Gi.

How early should I arrive before my class?

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early so we can introduce you to the coaches, show you around the facility, and help you get settled.
